ham jab kabhee bhee kuchh bura kar rahe hote hai to hamen kuchh ajeeb sa lagata hai maano koee hamen yah kah raha ho ki vah bura kaam mat karo| yah hamaaree antaraatma hotee hai jo hamen kuchh bura karane ya kisee ko duhkh pahunchaane se rokatee hai| aur jab ham apanee antaraatma kee aavaaj ko anasuna kar dete hai to hamaara apanee antaraatma se sampark kamajor ho jaata hai|


jab ham doosaree baar kuchh bura karane ja rahe hote hai to hamen apanee antaraatma kee aavaaj phir mahasoos hotee hai lekin is baar vah aavaaj itanee majaboot nahin hotee kyonki hamaara apanee antaraatma se sampark kamajor ho chuka hota hai|

aur aisee paristhiti mein hamen svany ko vaapas apanee antaraatma ke saath jodana hota hai aur isaka sabase achchha tareeka dhyaan ya maiditeshan hai|

 jaise jaise hamen apanee antaraatma kee aavaaj sunaee dena band hotee hai vaise vaise hamaara svany par niyantran nahin rahata aur ham sahee galat ko pahachaanana nahin paate| aisee sthiti main ham khud ko niyantrit nahin karate balki paristhitiyaan hamen niyantrit karatee hai| ham vo karane lagate hai jo aalasy, dar, tanaav, laalach, krodh, ghamand aur irshya hamase karavaate hai|

maiditeshan khud par niyantrit rakhane env sailf raialization kee ek paddhati hai jo hamaaree jindagee ko aasaan env khushamay banaata hai| maiditeshan se hamaara aatmavishvaas aur chonchaintration badhata hai jisase hamaara samasyaon ke prati najariya badal jaata hai| ham samasyaon ko rachanaatmak tareekon se badee aasaanee hal kar paate hai jisase tanaav kam hota hai|

sabhee mahaan logon ne yah maana hai ki hamaaree antaraatma mein ek adbhut shakti hotee hai | ham bhee kabhee kabhee mahasoos karate hai ki shaayad hamaaree antaraatma ek eeshvareey ansh hai ya phir hamaaree antaraatma eeshvar se hamesha judee rahatee hai tabhee to vo har paristhiti mein sahee hotee hai|

jab hamaara man shaant env santusht hota hai to hamaara chonchaintration badhata hai jisase ham samasyaon ko behatar tareeke se hal kar paate hai aur unhee samasyaon mein hamen sambhaavanaen dikhane lagatee hai|
